Return & Refund Policy

Because all of our products are made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for buyer’s remorse, incorrect sizing, or color preference. Please review sizing charts and product details carefully before placing your order.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged, misprinted, or defective, we’re happy to help.

  • Contact us within 7 days of delivery

  • Include your order number and clear photos of the issue

  • Once approved, we will offer a replacement or refund at no additional cost

Wrong Item Received

If you received the wrong item, size, or design, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos. We will correct the issue promptly.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Incorrect size ordered by the customer

  • Color or design preference changes

  • Items damaged due to improper care

  • Items returned without prior approval

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If there is an issue covered by this policy, a replacement will be issued instead.

Shipping Costs

Original shipping costs are non-refundable. If a replacement is approved due to an error on our part, we cover the cost of reshipping.
